Before Flexport, Alexis worked as an executive and consultant in the air cargo space; in his last role Alexis worked as the Global Head of Revenue Management and Pricing at Qatar Airways Cargo, where he helped to grow an airline from a regional player to the #1 cargo carrier in the world. Fun fact: Alexis has flown to 73 countries to date, but still trails behind his wife, who is his family’s primary aviation professional.

Jason Ru brings expert insights into air freight, procurement, and diversified trade offerings. As a Senior Director of Network Trade Lane Management for Flexport Asia, he leads teams in both Airfreight and Ocean Consolidation.
