Mariken is building Flexport’s global freight network after leading transformations in Asia and Europe with TNT, Randstad and Berenschot, where she founded its change management advisory group. She holds an MS in Psychology & Law from Leiden University.
Phil’s research helps Flexport clients better understand how global economics will impact supply chains. Prior, he was on the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and held positions with the White House and U.S. State Dept. He has a Ph.D. from Stanford.
A recognized leader in the global logistics industry, Neel was formerly SVP/Chief Cargo Officer at Delta Airlines and VP Sales/Marketing at United Airlines. He sits on the board of TIACA Amerijet International and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
Nerijus leads Flexport’s long-term ocean strategy, working with clients and carriers to innovate global ocean services. Previously, Nerijus led ocean freight procurement and pricing at Flexport and managed sea freight pricing at Kuehne + Nagel.
Jan is building Flexport’s European client base and operations and establishing new, critical relationships with Europe's greater logistics network. He was most recently a project leader for the Boston Consulting Group.
Tom leads Global Customs at Flexport. Prior, he was Sr. Director, Customs & International Trade for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg. He is a member of the U.S. CBP’s Trade Support Network, and served on the board of the Foreign Trade Association.
Yuko leads product roadmap and execution at Flexport. Before Flexport, Yuko led a product management team at Rakuten. She also led product and operational initiatives at Etsy, GREE International, and Yahoo!. She holds an MBA from Stanford.
Julie focuses on helping international companies gain more value from their supply chains. Prior to Flexport, Julie worked in China for eight years managing partnerships with key global brands. She holds MBAs from Columbia and London Business School.
Silvio oversees Flexport’s Americas air and ocean consolidation products, building on more than 22 years of airfreight experience at Panalpina. Throughout his career, he’s held positions in operations, procurement and trade lane management.
Jason oversees North American trucking partnerships and procurement at Flexport and leads global trucking strategy with focus on transmission-technology initiatives. Prior to joining Flexport, he spent five years at Toll Global in New Zealand.
Dharshini manages ocean freight carrier strategy, procurement and origin partnerships to help customers navigate complexities of shipping from the Indian Subcontinent. She’s spent her career focusing on supply chain efficiency and operational expertise.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in San Francisco, Ken has over 20 years of experience in logistics. Ken managed accounts and operations in New York before moving to Hong Kong. Prior to that, he managed air freight operations at Expeditors International.
