Ryan Petersen

Vor der Gründung von Flexport war Ryan Mitgründer und CEO von ImportGenius.com, einem Data-as-a-Service-Unternehmen für globalen Warentransport. Er studierte Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der University of California, Berkeley, und hat einen MBA der Columbia University.

Sanne Manders

Sanne leitet die Bereiche Operations, Einkauf und Carrier Relations. Bevor er zu Flexport kam, leitete er bei BCG die Customer Relations im Bereich Logistik und Lieferketten. Er hat einen Master of Business Administration der Columbia University und einen Master of Mechanical Engineering der Universität Delft.

Kenny Wagers

Kenny steuert Flexports Finanzstrategie. Zuvor war er Leiter der Finanzabteilung von Amazon Worldwide Transportation and Logistics und hielt leitende und führende Positionen bei Fleetpride, XPO Logistics, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group und UPS. Er absolvierte einen Bachelor in Rechnungswesen und Finanzen und einen MBA in Finanzen an der Georgia State University.

Chris Ferro, Esq.

Chris leitet die Bereiche Recht, Compliance und Zoll. Er hatte ähnliche Funktionen bei Xoom und PayPal/ebay, wo er als Jurist angestellt war. Zuvor war er in zwei Kanzleien in New York City als Anwalt tätig. Er erhielt seinen BA von der Stanford University und erwarb seinen JD (Juris Doctor) an der Georgetown University.

Bill Driegert

Bill leads Flexport’s North America revenue and growth strategy at Flexport, as well as trucking. He was previously the co-founder and Head of Operations at Uber Freight, Uber's logistics business. Bill began his career in freight as the 4th employee at Coyote Logistics (acquired by UPS) where he grew the role to Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to joining Uber, he served as COO at Pillow Homes. He also spent time at Amazon as Director of Planning and Innovation.

EVP, SMB & Omnichannel Fulfillment

Parisa Sadrzadeh

Parisa is EVP of SMB and Omnichannel Fulfillment. Most recently, Parisa was the Vice President of the Worldwide Delivery Service Partner Program at Amazon and spent nearly 12 years at the company, leading across programs and teams including Kindle Direct Publishing, Prime Now, and Amazon Flex.

Michael Brown

Michael is SVP of North America, overseeing key Flexport initiatives to create a world-class customer experience and scalable business. He has 25+ years of experience and held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies as well as hyper-growth startups. He previously served as the VP/CFO at Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services before joining Flexport.

VP of Engineering

Leo Li

Leo oversees the tech teams building solutions to enhance customer experience and operational quality. Before Flexport, he spent 12 years in global logistics and supply chain optimization technology at Amazon. Leo received his B.Sc. at the University of Birmingham in the UK.

VP of Engineering, Freight Tech

Jia He

Jia leads the Freight Forwarding Engineering Team, overseeing freight planning, visibility, and the core infrastructure/security teams. Prior, he spent more than 13 years at Amazon, where he led the supply chain and pricing tech teams to drive efficiency and innovation within the sector.

VP of Sales & Marketing

Ted Boeglin

Ted leads sales and marketing at Flexport. His experience includes leading sales, account management, marketing and sales development in North America and managing the global small and medium business segment. Prior to Flexport, Ted was a senior leader at Google, where he led sales teams in Google Cloud for 8 years.

VP of EMEA

Doug Brown

Doug leads Flexport’s business in Europe. Doug has spent 18 years working at logistics providers and ocean carriers across domestic and international supply chain management. Fluent in Mandarin, Doug spent 14 years working in Asia, leading large teams, most recently Flexport’s Asian operations. Passionate about working in scale-up environments, Doug is an expert in complex supply chain management, and operational and commercial management.

Henry Ko

Henry leads corporate development, geo-expansion and GTM activities in APAC. Prior to Flexport, he held several senior leadership roles at DHL and SF Express, and was previously GM at LiFung KIDS, a member of Li & Fung Group.

VP, General Manager, Asia

Ken Fong

Ken Fong oversees account management, operations excellence, and GTM. With more than 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, Ken specializes in operations, freight management, and standard operating procedure development. Prior to joining Flexport, he spent years at Expeditors as a Transition and Implementation Manager.

VP, Global Head of Ocean Allocation & Yield

Martin Holst-Mikkelsen

Martin oversees Flexport's ocean freight business in APAC, as well as the Global Allocation & Yield team. Prior to his current role, Martin built and led Flexport's EMEA ocean team. Before Flexport, Martin spent 15 years at Maersk in roles across trade management, and at Damco in leadership positions in South East Asia, Africa and Europe.

VP, Airfreight

Alexis Boutet

Alexis leads the global Flexport Airfreight team, including sales, procurement, pricing and operations. Prior to Flexport, Alexis was the Global Head of Revenue Management and Pricing for Qatar Airways Cargo overseeing sales strategy, pricing, flight optimization and hub operations for the cargo division based in Doha, Qatar.

Head of People

Nicole Romanowski

Nicole leads Flexport’s people and HR team. An established leader at the intersection of HR and operations, she’s driven complex change management and program development including payroll, total rewards, employee relations and HR information systems across a variety of businesses in the global logistics space. Prior to Flexport, she oversaw all aspects of HR operations for a 75-member client group at the Pacific Maritime Association.

Head of Flexport.org

Kristen Czapar Dohnt

Kristen leads Flexport.org, Flexport's social and environmental impact team. She oversees Flexport's humanitarian aid and global logistics responses, program development for sustainability initiatives, and the product and technology platform supporting both. Prior to Flexport, Kristen worked at tech companies in their pre-IPO stages including Uber and Airbnb. Across all roles, she has been passionate about using technology and process improvement to rapidly scale impact.
