The opportunity:

We’re looking to hire a Senior Commercial Finance Manager on our Amsterdam-based Finance team. You will be part of our European and Global Finance and Accounting Teams which collaborates as a strategic partner to clients, vendors and all internal departments. You'll be a direct sparring partner to the European General Managers and Sales Directors.

You will: 

• Being the sparring partner of senior management in EMEA
• Provide advice on strategic direction, profitability improvements and growth opportunities
• Reporting and discussing the results with the management teams
• Composing budget and forecast in cooperation with the business
• Improving performance management throughout the organisation
• Challenging results and drive for action

You should have:

• Master in business or economics
• 5-10 years experience in strategic finance or business control (or comparable experience)
• Team player approach
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
