The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Associate Implementation Management to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to establish and standardize the Global Implementation Methodology that will be utilized across our organization. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive implementation workflow and should have extensive experience managing cross-functional projects. What you'll do:

• Lead the implementation of new EU client accounts, or new business with existing EU clients, from business award of multi-modal services through implementation and ramp up to steady state service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-regional Implementation Managers on the EU implementation of global accounts
• Summarize and report out on implementation status highlighting delays, risks or barriers to success.
• Partner with the Global Implementation team to build, standardize, and improve the Global Implementation process and methodology
• Manage and drive the process to activate negotiated rates for newly won business in Flexport’s proprietary operating systems

What you’ll need: 

• BA/BS degree with 4+ years of work experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or supply chain consulting industries
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A process-driven mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities to simplify processes and solutions while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction
• Next-level attention to detail
• Ability to understand technical data structure and flow.
